HOW IT WORKS
Our goal is to require a minimum amount of your time and attention while keeping your home in top condition, protecting your investment and increasing your profits.
1. Positioning
We brand, market and sell your home as a high-end Kempa branded rental, with the continuity of our collection. Customized rental income analysis is provided to the homeowner prior to signing the partner home agreement.
2. Managing
We manage the relationships with the host, cleaning service and basic maintenance needs.
3. Solutions
We provide a turnkey solution to get your home “Kempa-ized” quickly with our simplistic brand standard package including preferred access to our affiliated KEMPA HOME brand of textiles, Gilchrist & Soames bathroom amenities and other (optional/elective) home decor items. Homeowners also have priority access to Kempa Home’s interior design services team to quickly transform any unfurnished home.
4. Hosting
We train a local host to greet and support the guests staying in your home and act as asset managers protecting and maintaining your home.
5. Quality control
Our thorough “K-Guide” ensures your home is thoroughly inspected before and after each stay to maintain the quality that you and KEMPA require.

Before you submit your home, does it meet this list of requirements for review?
The home is completely dedicated to Vacation Rental or acts as a vacation home for the family and is available to rent the vast majority of the year.
The home is updated and in great overall condition. We hold ourselves to a very high standard in repairs, maintenance, décor and experience.
Personal photos and effects can be locked away. Our customers are renting a vacation home and it is important that they don’t feel they are staying in someone else’s house.
You are in an area that allows Short Term Rentals and are able to get any necessary permits or permission.
